This Privacy Policy explains how DABS Security ("DABS", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit dabssecurity.ae or contact us. We are a cybersecurity company based in Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, and we take the protection of your data as seriously as our clients'.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, work email, company name and the content of your message.
- Email, phone and WhatsApp: the details you choose to share when you contact us directly.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider and the third-party services listed below receive your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so they can deliver the site to you.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and prepare proposals you request.
- To deliver services you have contracted, under the terms of that contract.
- To keep our website and systems secure and to prevent abuse.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unsolicited marketing.
4. Third-party services used by this website
- Web3Forms delivers contact-form messages to our inbox.
- All fonts, scripts and images are served from our own website. No third-party content delivery networks, fonts services, trackers or embedded widgets are loaded when you browse.
- WhatsApp, LinkedIn, X, Instagram and Facebook receive data only if you choose to click through to them; their own privacy policies apply.
5. Client engagement data
Data we access while performing penetration tests, development or training for clients is governed by the contract, non-disclosure agreement and rules of engagement agreed with each client, not by this website policy. We only access what is in scope, protect it with strong technical and organizational controls, and return or securely delete it as agreed.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for up to two years afterwards unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Records relating to contracts are kept for as long as the law requires.
7. Security
We protect personal data with access controls, encryption in transit and the same security practices we recommend to our clients. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, or withdraw consent. Email security@dabssecurity.ae and we will respond within a reasonable time.
9. International transfers
Some of the services above process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
