Social engineering and phishing simulation

Most breaches start with a person, not a server. We test how your people respond to realistic phishing, phone and in-person attacks, then turn the results into training that changes behavior.

Overview

It is often easier to trick a person than to break a firewall

A convincing email, a phone call from "IT support" or a visitor who follows staff through a secure door can bypass millions in security technology. Attackers know this, which is why social engineering features in so many breaches.

Our assessments are run ethically, with clear rules agreed with your management in advance. The goal is not to embarrass anyone: it is to measure risk honestly and help your people become your strongest control.

What you receive

  • Campaign results by department and attack type, without naming and shaming individuals
  • Root-cause analysis of why attacks worked and which controls failed
  • Recommendations for processes, technical controls and training
  • Optional follow-up awareness sessions built on your results
  • Repeat campaign to measure improvement
Scope

What we test

Phishing campaigns

Realistic email campaigns, from broad awareness tests to targeted spear-phishing, tracking clicks, credential entry and reporting.

Vishing

Phone-based pretexting that tests help-desk and staff verification procedures.

SMS & messaging

Smishing and messaging-app lures, where your policy allows it.

Physical intrusion

Tailgating, badge cloning and access to restricted areas, on agreed sites only.

OSINT exposure

What attackers can learn about your organization and staff from public sources.

Reporting culture

How quickly suspicious activity is reported, and how your team responds.

How it works

The Digital Fortress protocol

Every engagement follows a disciplined, repeatable protocol, governed by signed rules of engagement so your operations stay protected throughout.

Phase 01

Reconnaissance & planning

We map your footprint, confirm targets and agree scope and rules of engagement in writing.

Phase 02

Identification & analysis

Automated scanning plus deep manual analysis pinpoints weaknesses, including business-logic flaws tools miss.

Phase 03

Exploitation & validation

Under controlled conditions we safely exploit findings to prove real-world impact, with no disruption.

Phase 04

Reporting & re-test

Executive and technical reports, a debrief with your team, and a complimentary re-test to confirm every fix.

Standards & frameworks

Mapped to the standards you report against

Findings are mapped to the frameworks your auditors and regulators use, so the report also works as compliance evidence.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do employees know the test is happening?

Usually not, so the results reflect real behavior. Senior management and a small trusted group approve the scope, scenarios and timing in advance.

Is social engineering testing legal and ethical?

Yes, when it is authorized and run responsibly. We agree scenarios, data handling and limits in writing, avoid distressing pretexts, and never use captured passwords for anything beyond proving the result.

Can campaigns be run in Arabic?

Yes. Campaigns and follow-up training can be run in Arabic, English or both, to match how your staff actually communicate.

How often should we run phishing simulations?

Regular smaller campaigns, for example quarterly, build lasting habits better than one large annual test.
